Kandahar has been on Strahinjića Bana street since 2003. Inside there are canopies and oriental details, and more than 40 kinds of tea on the menu. The bartenders will also shake up a cocktail to order. The garden is one of the nicer ones in Dorćol and it's heated, so people sit outside even when it gets cold. It opens at 8 am, which makes it a spot for morning coffee served the traditional way, in a fildžan cup.
