Shisha Bar sits inside the TC Millenium mall, right in the middle of Knez Mihailova, so it's handy when you're already downtown and looking for a place to sit. The interior is oriental, and besides hookah they make cocktails. There's often live music in the evening, and the later it gets, the more the playlist drifts towards local hits.
