Polako Smoke is open when everyone else has closed: from 17:00 to 5 am, every day. It's at Bulevar despota Stefana 4, in a basement with no obvious sign, so the first time you'll have to look for it. It's a Russian-style hookah bar with a wide choice of tobacco and music that isn't too loud. You can bring your own food or have it delivered. Tables are booked through the website. According to reviews it's cash only.
